About Kadosh

The Hebrew word KADOSH means holy – one that is sacred or consecrated and devoted to the service of God.

In September of 2012, KADOSH LIFE MINISTRIES (KLM) was established in Goldsboro, NC. Founded by Pastors Gary and Alaine Strozier, they began the ministry by having bible studies at the Holiday Inn Express in October 2012 and then shortly, thereafter, the Goldsboro Public Library.

On November 4th, 2012, The Stroziers met with people in their home to talk about the vision and mission for KLM. On November 11th, 2012, KLM had its first church service with 20 people in attendance. By February, the Stroziers’ home was filled with 45 people! It was at that point that they knew that it was time to find a permanent for KLM. By the leading of the Holy Spirit, the Stroziers began their search for a building.

In March 2013, a new location was found and 1907 Ash Street became the 2nd home for KLM. Led by Rick Nelson, entire families came together to transform an old Karate Dojo into a church. After many days and long nights of hanging sheet-rock, painting, cleaning, and pulling up old carpet, KLM conducted the first Sunday morning service on March 17, 2013 with over 15 families. We’ve since grown to over 50 families!

In the summer of 2014, the Lord blessed KLM to expand the ministries and relocate to the old Party Central location at 800 Corporate Drive.

“FROM A CLUB TO A CHURCH!” …quickly became the common slogan for our new home!
